Libby Woodard

Libby is a Compliance Officer with DCS.  Her prior experience spans both the private and nonprofit sectors. Libby supported operations at an e‑Commerce start‑up and most recently supervised operations at a New York City nonprofit dedicated to helping voucher holders secure permanent housing.  Libby has brought her strong skillset to the realm of investment adviser compliance.
